Our standard excavator base provides a forestry machine that is equally productive as a
feller buncher, harvester/processor, or log loader.
Over the last three years Komatsu Forest Australia worked closely with
the Komatsu Osaka Factory to develop three new Xtreme Series models, the
Komatsu PC270HW, Komatsu PC300HW and Komatsu PC400HW.
They feature unique forest specifications from the Osaka Factory such as High/Wide undercarriage,
Forestry Boom Sets, Forestry Cabin and optional HD Forestry Cooling Systems.
Komatsu Tracked Carriers have Impressive Productivity, Fuel Economy with Low Capital Cost.

Komatsu PC270HW-8
The Komatsu PC270HW-8 is the smallest of the Xtreme Carriers and is fitted with the Osaka factory High Wide Undercarriage with 600mm Single or Double Bar Grousers and Track Guards. It comes with the Working Gear Forest Boom set designed with internal crane tip hosing to suit most Forestry Attachments such as grapples, felling heads and processors.

Komatsu PC270LL-8
The Komatsu PC270LL-8 is the smallest of the Log Loading Xtreme Carriers and is fitted with the Osaka factory High Wide Undercarriage. The high-rise rear entry cabin provides excellent operational visibility and in combination with the Working Gear Forest Boom set which can accommodate most styles of loading grapples for a medium range of timber sizes.

The Komatsu PC300LL-8 is the largest of the Log Loading Xtreme Carriers and is fitted with the Osaka factory High Wide Undercarriage. The high-rise rear entry cabin provides excellent operational visibility and in combination with the Working Gear Forest Boom set can accommodate most styles of loading grapples for the larger timber and higher production job sites.

The Komatsu PC300FX-8 Heavy Duty Xtreme Attachment Carrier comes with the Osaka factory High Wide Undercarriage fitted with 600mm Single or Double Bar Grousers and Track Guards. Included is a Heavy-Duty Cooling System with a HD Over-Body Guarding package. The Working Gear Forest Boom set are able to carry most harvester and directional felling heads.

The Komatsu PC300TL-8 Xtreme base comes standard with the Osaka factory High Wide Undercarriage fitted with 600mm Single Bar Grousers and Track Guards. The machine is fitted with an EMS Tractionline which incorporates a Dual Winch and Dual Cable System for a safer and more productive combination. The machine is equipped with an EMS certified side entry forestry cabin.

The Komatsu PC400HL-8 Xtreme base comes standard with the Osaka factory High Wide Undercarriage fitted with 700mm Double Bar Grousers and Track Guards. The machine is fitted with an EMS Harvestline System. This Dual Winch system features an interlock operation providing greater flexibility for higher productive. The machine is equipped with an EMS certified rear entry forestry cabin.
